Rules (read first)

If you are caught abusing the following rules it will result in one of following penalties:
· Mute - Disables the ability to talk for the set amount of time.

· Jail - Disables the ability to build for the set amount of time.

· Banned - Unable to join and play on The Italian Mafia Server for the set amount of time.

· Permanent Ban - IP banned from TIM Servers and sites forever.

If you are penalized, do not fight the staff in regard to the penalty, you will only make it worse. Learn the lesson, deal with it and move on. When you are in someone else's map, please be polite and follow the owners instructions. If they ask you to leave, please do so without creating a scene. If you find a map offensive DON'T publicly announce it, just type /main and leave immediately. * Area = A section on SMP where user(s) are currently building.

· Golden Rule: Use common sense!

· Abusing others users including staff, clans and players = zero tolerance:
o Bullying
o Cyber-Bullying.
o Insulting
o Trolling
o Flaming
o Racism
o Nazism - Hitler, Swastika and Jewish Hatred * If you don't understand what they mean, click on the links.



· Advertising:
o Do not advertise other Minecraft servers. Classic or SMP.
o Refrain from advertising websites, blogs or videos, etc.

· Chat - the following rules are forced in Classic and SMP:
o Spam
o Gibberish\Jibberish
o Unnecessary and excessive caps are annoying. Do not use caps to advertise.
o Profanity* is not tolerated. *You may use profanity but not excessively or in a childish manner. It truly depends on the moderator.

· Do not impersonate staff, users or Chef. This will result in a permanent ban.

· No discussions, buildings, tags or skins of an illegal or sexual nature, i.e Drugs, Rape, Torture, pedophilia (or paedophilia) , Torrents, Piracy, Pornography, Sexual acts, etc.

· Discrimination of ones gender or sexual orientation (*\Lesbian) will result in a 24 hour ban.

· Bots, NPCs and AI are severely looked down upon. It is highly recommended that you do not use them.

· Discussions of Religion are banned. It has the tendencies to cause major debates. Please keep your opinion to yourself.
