no point keeping someone who wants to leave, it sounds like he has made his decision. Best of luck in your future endeavors seitzy, if you are returning I do not fully see the need for a new application. However as stated prior, if you choose to say "cya never", I guess its for the best.

What rank were you? I am willing to promote you however you demonstrated how easily some bad news will make you leave us, so I must question if this is a good idea. Hopefully you see what I mean and we can talk it out

after talking with some of the other staff it seems there is more than one issue that needs to be dealt with, are you willing to talk it out?

It would be done here. These are the following questions I want you to answer

1. If you are easily angered, how would you able to deal with basic issues? What if they are complex? an example of a basic one is someone threatening to leave, a complex one is finding out someone was accidently promoted and that they need to be demoted.

2. If you were willing to leave us that fast and without what appears to have no second thought, why should we keep you? It seems that you will leave us when we might need your services. The 2 terms "unloyal staff member" is one that is an oxymoron to me.

3. It was reported that you said that this server was not for you, why do you think so? Why stay if it isn't?

A final decision will be drawn by Monday, try to give the answer to those questions by than.
