I'm not too sure if you understood all the questions too well Dylan. I know you though and I can say for sure that you're a good helper. I have also noticed that you accepted your demotion by me quite calmly and that you have good nerves.I don't know much about how well it would turn out if you were staff. I would say yes, but not a very strong one.

the application does seem a bit gutted, and I am thus not able to pull much from it other than perhaps you don't have time, don't understand the question, or don't care. All of these are looked unfavorably upon. I am saying no however you can edit or make a new application later on so a new decision can be drawn.
