What do you think would contribute to the moderating team? What qualities and skills do you offer?:I am as of now Offering my calmness and my full attention to helping this server prosper and banning/kicking griefers, i have helped two people succeed at building...

Have you ever disagreed with a mod's action? If so, what would you have done as a moderator in that situation?errrr I think my situation with sumo1250...err he is not a moderator but i said and i quote "D0DDY said if you grief you get kicked"he was taunting me and i kicked...But i forgave him and we settled it

Are you willing to learn the commands?:Of course. I dont know much of them but i am willing to learn

the time you kicked sumo, you brought up agro long after it was dealt with. Why did you bring him up and kick him using that as a reason.

I dont know it seemed relevant at the time (allthough he isnt a mod or a promoter) sorry i just felt it was the right place to say it

almost no one really understands the true story, send me a proper set of chatlogs so I can come up with if it was deemed necessary or not. I have numerous different stories, and no one with proof or chat logs. Seems you are the only one with it. Make a new post with the chatlogs, roughly around "the time you and mkim started kicking sumo" (make sure to include the kicking part, and unedited chat of the discussion between you, sumo, and mkim (does not mean post the whole days worth of chatlogs)). I will not approve either you or mkim's until I get that, and I do not think other admins will as well, you need to work on clearing your name for now. You must also realize that if you do get cleared you are not assured a promotion, and will simply be considered without the automatic rejection that will currently happen due to abusing power.

In short if there is a misunderstanding about abusing your powers, than post your evidence, other wise I am not willing to give a second chance. If you disagree with my decision you need to go to either chef or d0ddy to over rule my decision or get a staff in support of you to represent you.
