Your grammar is not too good and you seem to misunderstand some of the staff's duties. I wouldn't say yes, but from what I can tell you can become good at moderating the server only under strict supervision. I'm not too sure how that will be possible though. One idea would be to start preparing you before promoting you as for now you are not ready.

That reminds me that knowing languages other than English (preferably Italian) is positive so feel free to edit your application (don't start a new one) and add any languages you can speak. Hope that helps with the decision.
